1. What RenewPad is

RenewPad is a subscription renewal tracker. You add your subscriptions manually, and RenewPad helps you see upcoming charges and cancellation deadlines. It is operated by Cashew Crate.

2. Accounts

You can browse RenewPad without an account. To save subscriptions and sync across devices, you need a free Cashew Crate account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Free and Pro tiers

Free accounts can track up to 10 active subscriptions with basic features. Pro ($3/month) unlocks unlimited subscriptions and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar and can be cancelled at any time.

4. Refunds

Email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

5. Your data

You own the subscription data you enter into RenewPad. We store it on secure servers to provide the service. You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use RenewPad for anything illegal. Don't try to access other users' data. Don't overload the service with automated requests. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

RenewPad is a tracking tool, not financial advice. We are not responsible for missed renewals, incorrect data entry, or financial losses. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
