What data we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication tokens. When you add subscriptions, we store the details you enter (name, amount, dates, category, notes). We do not collect financial credentials, bank account numbers, or payment card details beyond what our payment processor (Polar) handles during checkout.

How we store your data

Subscription data is stored on secure servers (Supabase) when you are signed in. Data is isolated per user account. We use row-level security and encrypted connections. Your data is not shared with third parties.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use RenewPad. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept cookies via the consent banner. Until then, GA runs in cookieless mode. We also use Google AdSense to show ads to free users, which requires cookie consent.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting support@cashewcrate.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
